MEMBERSHIP HOLDS AND CANCELLATIONS

To cancel your Membership Agreement, you must send an email to info@reebokcrossfitlab.com, which informs Reebok CrossFit LAB that you have decided to cancel the contract 30 days in advance of the requested cancellation/billing date, and payment of all unpaid dues and other charges owed to Reebok CrossFit LAB. You will be debited/charged for one additional month, on your next billing cycle, after receipt of the written Cancellation notice. No VERBAL OR FACEBOOK requests will be accepted. Members are welcome to use the box during the 30 day notice period.

Should you cancel and choose to restart your membership at anytime, Reebok CrossFit LAB will charge a $150 reinstatement fee in addition to the first month and any prorated, monthly dues.

You, the buyer, may cancel this agreement at any time prior to the midnight of the fifth business day of Reebok CrossFit LAB after the date of this Agreement, excluding Sundays and holidays. To cancel this Agreement, mail or deliver a signed and dated notice, which states that you, the buyer, are canceling this agreement, or words of similar effect. The notice shall be sent to Reebok CrossFit LAB, 8466 Melrose Ave., West Hollywood, CA 90069.

Members are allowed to place their memberships on hold for a minimum period of 1 month and a maximum period of 3 months, one time per year. Holds can be requested by emailing info@reebokcrossfitlab.com and must be received by Reebok CrossFit LAB, 5 business days prior to the members next billing cycle. NO VERBAL, TEXT OR FACEBOOK requests are allowed. Should the member elect to cancel his/her membership during the hold period, the member would still be subject to the cancellation policy mentioned above.
