New to CrossFit? Set yourself up for success and sign up for our Private Training Foundations Course.  This will consist of three 1-hour mandatory sessions that will introduce you to the philosophy and movements of CrossFit.  After the practical learning portion of each session, you will experience a mini workout to give you the total CrossFit experience.
This course is designed to meet the fitness level of all individuals, beginner, intermediate or advanced.  We should always embrace an opportunity to learn, grow and become better at everything we do.
By the end of your course, you should have all the tools and information you need to safely and effectively succeed in any CrossFit class!
