CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program designed to make health and fitness fun for kids of all ages. With the struggles and consequences of many children's sedentary lifestyle, our program offers a safe environment for healthy, scalable activity for every child, all the while focusing on having fun. This makes the perfect application for each individual regardless of age or experience.

Our CrossFit Kids program is designed to deliver a level of fitness that is broad, general, and inclusive. In order for our children to be healthy they must be able to run, jump, climb, push, pull, throw, and lift effectively regardless of whether or not they play athletics. By taking these principles and incorporating them into our program, we insure success and health in all of our young athletes from 5 years old to 12 year old. The routines and workouts are scaled in both load and intensity, but the program itself is the same. Workouts will build a combination of skill practice, bodily control, and self-awareness all while making exercise fun and exciting with lots of games.

Through CrossFit Kids our children will become part of a thriving community founded upon camaraderie, teamwork, and support, solidifying a foundation of healthy living. It is a fun way to get our kids active and develop each child's true athletic potential and leadership skills. Start the school year off right with active kids that will increase learning ability, maintain focus, and build a platform for success.


CrossFit Kids is for elementary age children between 5 – 12 years old:

We continue to present fitness in a fun manner and use positive reinforcement building a solid foundation of proper movement, coordination and balance. Children learn foundation movements like the squat, push ups, pull ups, climbing, jumping, and elementary gymnastic movements. As children get the movements down we start to add very light weight, such as light dumbbells, kettle bells, or medicine balls. These kids are on the road to becoming "Future Firebreathers." With experience training will begin to include more structure. As the children progress, leadership skills are encouraged through having children model movements, lead exercises, and demonstrate an ability to verbally explain exercises. The training session is 60 min.
