FOUNDATIONS MONTH PACKAGE: $185

Those new to CrossFit must complete our Foundations Course through Private Training. This consists of three (3) 1-hour sessions to breakdown the principle movements of all CrossFit classes. 

  • Your 1-month CrossFit experience begins once you start your Foundations Course.
  • Once you complete your (3) 1-hour Private Training sessions, the rest of the month is included in the cost to take any and all Classes on our schedule.
  • While you are completing your Foundations, we encourage you to take any of the Fitness classes.
