Rush, the General Manager at Reebok CrossFit LAB, is also a Certified Coach and Personal Trainer . His CrossFit journey started off and on about 3 years ago but he was hooked from day one. He decided to make some major life changes in 2013 by moving to Los Angeles to begin his career as a professional in the Fitness Industry. Fitness has been a point of interest since he was 6 years old when he used to watch his mother compete in power lifting meets. He began to research and learn about muscle development and healthy living.
Rush trained his friends and family on the side for years and this brought him to the conclusion that he needed to have a career in fitness. He wanted to spend his time helping others discover their true physical potential. What matters to Rush the most is to create a lasting connection with his clients as he helps them to their various fitness goals.
When he's not training himself or others in the gym he's bummin' it at the beach with his dog, Wyatt.
