Scarlett Redmond

A former dancer, Scarlett came to her yoga practice with a desire to meld movement arts with a physically demanding practice. Drawing from a versatile background in dance and physical theatre techniques including Meyerhold's Biomechanics, Feldenkrais, and the Alexander Technique, Scarlett encourages proper alignment and safety through mobility.

She completed her 200-Hour RYT Certification with David Vendetti and Todd Skoglund at South Boston Yoga in 2012, and started her CrossFit journey in 2013.
