WOD 4/20/13 Warm Up: Each movement
Team WOD: In teams of 3
100 T2B - while one athlete performs Air Squats and one athlete rests
200 Wall Balls (20/14) -while one ahtlete performs Air Squats and one athlete rests
300 OH Walking Lunges (45/25) while one athlete performs Air Squats and one athlete rests
400 Total Air Squats must be completed at this point, otherwise, the team must complete the Air Squats before the Farmer's Carry.
400m KB Farmer's Carry (2/1.5) All athletes must travel together but only one can carry both KB at a time.
