In teams of four Four Rounds for max reps/calories of:

1 min. Row for Calories 1 min. Burpees 1 min. Goblet Squats (1.5/1) 1 min. Push Press (75/45) Rest 60 seconds

Team members rotate through the four work stations at 1 min. intervals and all members rest at the same time

Total score = Total calories rowed and total reps
