PARTNER CHIPPER WOD: 50 KBS (2/1.5) 40 Plate Squat Jumps (3x45lb -butt touches MB) 30 T2B 400m Run Together 30 Mt Climbers (30 each) 40 Burpees 50 Wallballs 10' (20/14)
*Each partner will start on eather end of the chipper. You may not move on to the next exercise until you and your partner finish the 50s together, 40s, 30s...etc. Partners must run the 400m together.
