TEAMS OF 4 ATHLETES: 1 ROUND FOR TIME: 90 KB SDLHP 70 DB Thrusters (45/25) 50 20m Parking Lot Shuttle Run (Alternate with Partner) 50 Burpee Touch the Bar 70 Box Jump Overs 90 Wall Ball
Divide up into partners within your team of 4. Each set of partners start on opposite sides of the room and work towards eachother. Partners cannot move to next exercise until other partners are done with their exercise.
