Partner WOD: From the 2013 Dynamic Duo Competition

1 Round For Time:

100 Front Squats (105/75 - Double Rx 135/95) 100 Pullups 100 Burpees 100 Box Jumps (24/20 - Double Rx 30/24) 100 S2OH (105/75 - Double Rx 135/95) 400m run together

Only one partner can work at a time. Cannot pass the bar - must drop and re-clean the bar. Everytime the bar drops - 3 burpees from both partners. Must complete all 100 reps of the exercise before moving to the next.
