"TEAM COMMUNICATION" TEAM WOD - TEAMS OF 3:

Team rotates between: Front Elbow Plank Hold and 150 Wall Balls then Team rotates between: Handstand Hold and 150 KBS (2/1.5) then Team rotates between: Wall Sit and 150 Box Jumps

*As a team you must complete 300 Sit-ups after completing box jumps before you get your time. You can all work at the same time on situps.
