TEAM WOD - TEAMS OF 3: For Time:

Partners 1 and 2: Hold BB at hips together (225/185) Partner 3: 2000m Row - row can only be performed while bar is held off the floor.

Part B: 150 DB Thrusters (45/25) Thrusters can only be performed while 1 person hangs from Pull Up Bar.

Part C: 150 KB SDLHP (2/1.5) Pull Ups can only be performed while 1 person holds a push up Plank position.

Part D: 150 Push Ups Push Ups can only be performed while BOTH partners hold a wall sit position.

Flexibility: Foam Roll Lower Back/Body
