Partner WOD - Teams of 2

30min AMRAP: 10 Box Jumps (30/24″) 15 KB Thrusters (2/1.5) 20 KBS (2/1.5)

*Partner 2 - 400m Wall Ball Run (20/14)

*Partner #1 will perform the work listed above. Partner #2 will run 400m with a Wall Ball (20/14). Once Partner #2 returns from the run, Partner #1 will grab the Wall Ball and begin their 400m, while Partner #2 continues work wherever #1 left off.
