75 OH Squats (95/65) 50 Pullups 25 Shoulder 2 OH (95/65) 75 Front Squats (95/65) 50 Pullups 25 Shoulder 2 OH (95/65) 75 Back Squats (95/65) 50 Pullups 25 Shoulder 2 OH (95/65)

Can break up the reps however you like but only one team member can work at a time. Cannot pass the barbell. Must complete all of one movement before moving to the next.
