WOD 12/7/13 Mobility: Warm up each movement
Teams of 2: Each partner must complete: 500m row and 30 Box Jumps (24/20)
400m run and 40 Burpees
100 Double Unders (or 300 singles) and 50 Wall Balls (20/14)
Your team can start at any coupling - each has to complete each task before switching places. Both have to complete each task before moving to the next task.
