In teams of 3, complete the following for time:
200 KBS (2/1.5) 250 Box Jumps (24/20) 300 Butterfly Situps
Must complete all reps of one movement before moving to the next. Transition teammates to row to reach 5000m.
Time is called when all reps and 5000m row is complete.
