WOD 1/8/14 Mobility: Glutes/Hamstrings/ Shoulders

Part A: Deadlift 3-3-3-3

Part B: 3 Rds for Time 15 DB Burpee Box Step Ups (45/25) (24/20) 15 DB Deadifts (45/25) both heads of the DB must touch the ground on every rep 15 DB Shoulder to OH (45/25)

Cash Out: 50 GHD sit ups or 50 Butterfly sit ups

Flexibility: Lower Back/Shoulders
