WOD 1/18/14 Mobility: Hips/Hamstrings

Partner WOD: In Teams of 2 complete the following for time:

Four Rounds: 40 Wall Balls (20/14) 40 T2B 40 Box Jumps (24/20) 40 Butterfly Situps 400m run

Can split reps anyway you like. Only one person works at a time. Must complete all 40 reps before moving to next exercise.
