Part A: Overhead Squat from ground 5-5-5-5 Work on efficiency to start reps

Part B: 10 mins Muscle Up Progressions - Or work on CTB or Pull Ups

Part C: CrossFit Games Open 11.4 10 min AMRAP 60 Bar-Facing Burpees 30 Overhead squats (120/90 lbs) 10 Muscle-ups (sub 2 CTB or Pull Ups AND 2 Ring Dips for every MU)
