WOD 2/22/14 Mobility: Shoulders/Hips and warm up each movement

In Teams of 2: 1 partner will complete the couplet while the other patner judges them. Must hit Games Standard for rep to count. Then switch. Once both have completed Part A, move on to Part B. Must run together, work cannot be started until the athlete and judge are in place.
