Partner or Team WOD for time: Synchronized movements of: 50 Burpee to Plate (45/25) chest must touch the floor at the same time 50 OH Rev. Lunges (45/25) knee must touch the floor at the same time

3 min rest (each team must time their own rest)

100 Plate Squat Hops to Med Ball - hips must touch the med ball at the same time 100 Med Ball Passing Sit ups - both partners must touch the floor at the same time, one with the med ball and one with the hands before passing the ball
