WOD 3/22/14 Mobility: Lats/Shoulders
In teams of 2 complete the following:
800 m Run together w/ 1 Med Ball (20/14) -then-
4 x 400 m Run each Partner and 50 Squat Clean (95/65) 100 Push Press (95/65) 50 Thrusters (95/65) 100 Burpees
Can break up reps between partners however you wish but only one person works at a time while the other partner runs. Each Partner must run 4 times 400m. Must complete all reps of one exercise before moving to the next.
