Part A: Individually 3 Rounds not for Time 30 Second "L" Sit in rings 10 1 Arm DB Snatch (5 each Arm)

Part B: in Teams of 2 100 Power Cleans (95/65) 400 m 2 DB Farmer Carry (45/25) * 100 Wall Balls (20/14) 400 m 2 DB Farmer Carry 100 Box Jump Overs 400 m 2 DB Farmer Carry *Both team members will do DB Farmers Carry together. 1 person must carry BOTH DB's passing back and forth as needed. 100 rep exercises can be broken up any way as long as only ONE person works at a time.
