WOD 4/19/14 Warm Up: Calves and Shoulders
PARTNER WOD - In Teams of 2, complete the following:
30min AMRAP: 400m Run (together) 30 Barbell Front Squats (115/75) 20 Pull-ups
*Cannot start reps until both partners are in from the run. *Everytime the barbell drops or someone drops from the pullup bar - both partners perform 3 burpees.
Flexibility: Lats/Lower Back/Hamstrings
