Teams of 2 for Time: Each partner must complete: 1000m row and 50 Box Jumps (24/20)

800m run and 50 Wall Balls (20/14)

200m walking lunges and 50 Burpees

Your team can start at any coupling - each has to complete each task before switching places. Both have to complete each task before moving to the next task.
