WOD 5/3/14 Mobility: Hamstrings/Shoulders
In Teams of 2 complete the following:
30 min. AMRAP 400m run 30 Wall Balls (20/14) 30 KBS (2/1.5)
Partners will alternate tasks, with only one member working at any one time. Partner A will run 400 meters, Partner B will perform 30 Wall Balls, Partner A will perform 30 KBS - that is 1 Round. Then Partner B will run 400 meters – and so on for 30 minutes.
