In Teams of Two complete the following:

"Hold Your Water" 100 Wall Balls(20/14) 80 Front Squats (95/65) 60 Push Press (95/65) 400 m run together 20 Sync Burpees-All 3 parners must be on floor together and jump together

The bar and WB may not touch the ground once it is picked up unti all reps are complete. Wall Ball must be caught from last rep by partner, not passed. Penalty for dropping bar or ball = 5 Sync Burpees:
