WOD 7/19/14 Mobility: Hamstrings/Shoulders

In Teams of 3 - Four Rounds for Time:

All teammates must complete the following as a team in this order: 500m row 10 Pullups 10 Box Jump Overs (24/20) 10 T2B 10 Burpees 400m Run

When Athlete #1 finishes 500m row, Athlete #2 starts row while Athlete #1 starts Pullup and Box Jump Over Complex. When Athlete #2 completes 500m row, Athlete #3 starts row while Athlete #2 starts Pullup and Box Jump Over Complex. All three Athletes must complete two rounds in that order for time.
