WOD 8/2/14 Mobility: Hamstrings/Shoulders

Partner WOD - In teams of 2 complete the following for time:

400m Run (both) 50 G2OH (135/95)

500m Row (both) 50 Front Squats (135/95)

100 DUs (both) 50 Burpee Box Jumps (30/24)

Both must complete the endurance part of the couplet - reps can be split up however you like. Can start at any couplet but must finish all reps before moving to the next.
