WOD 8/6/14 Mobility: T-Spine/ Shoulders/Hips
The sum of the best of three attempts at the:
1. Back Squat 2. Strict Press 3. Deadlift
You have 12 minutes at each movement starting with the Back Squat. 1st attempt should be at a heavy weight you know you can complete for 3 reps. 2nd attempt should be close to your 1RM. 3rd attempt is based upon the success of the first two.
