WOD 9/6/14 Mobility: Ant. Hips/Ankles/Shoulders

In Teams of 2 complete the following: 25 min. AMRAP 50 Wall Balls (20/14) 40 KBS (1.5/1) 30 Box Jumps (24/20) 200m run (1 partner at a time)

*Partner 1 can start on Wall Balls while Partner 2 is running 200m.
