WOD 9/14/14 Mobility: Shoulders/T-Spine

Part A: 3 Sets Not For Time: 20 Single Leg Glute Bridge (each leg) 30s. HS hold 15 Hollo Body Leg Raises

Part B: 5 - 5 - 5 - 5 Deadlift *no dropping

Part C: 5 Rounds for Time: 7 Deadlift (275/185) 30 Air Squats 7 Strict HSPU - If you kip you will not receive an Rx.

Flexibility: Hamstrings/Lower Back/Shoulders
