WOD 9/20/14 Mobility: Wrists/Shoulders/Squat Position
In Teams of Two Complete the Following:
Part A: 8 min. AMRAP 12 Pullups 12 OHS (95/65)
2 min. rest
Part B: For Time: 1000m Row 100 Thrusters (95/65) 100 Box Jumps Overs (24/20) 800m Run
Exercises do not have to be performed in order Only one partner works at a time - can break up reps however you like All reps of each exercise must be complete before moving to the next Run must be completed together
