Part A: 25 Wall Balls Each Relay Run 25 Burpees Each Relay Run 25 KBS (1.5/1) Relay Run 25 Clean and Jerk (95/65) Relay Run 25 Front Squats (95/65) Relay Run

Partner A must finish all 25 reps before Partner B begins their set.

Relay Runs = 10m, 20m 30m - Partner A Runs distance then tags partner B who runs the same distance, tags Partner A for next distance etc.
