WOD 11/8/14 Mobility: Shoulders/Hips

In Teams of Three Complete the Following: 5000m Row -and- 100 Burpees 200 Push Ups 300 Sit Ups 400 Air Squats

One teammate starts on the rower. The other two chip away at the exercises IN ORDER, only one person working at a time. First all burpees then all the push ups etc. Switch out the person on the rower at any time. Time stops when All reps are complete and 5000m has been reached on the rower.
