In Teams of 3 complete the following: 2000m row While 2 partners hold top of Deadlift (315/225)
150 KBS (2/1.5) While 2 Partners hold Wall Sit
150 Goblet Squats (2/1.5) While 2 Partners hold Elbow Plank
200 Butterfly Situps - only exercise that can be performed by all together at the same time for complete reps.
Exercises must be completed in order before moving to the next.
Flexibility: Lower Back/Hamstrings/Chest
