Part B: Three Sets not for Time: 15 DB Nosebusters 15 DB Bicep Curls 15 Push ups

Part C: 10 min. OMEM Min 1: 10 Wall Balls (20/14) 1 OH HR Pushup Min 2: 10 Wall Balls (20/14) 2 OH HR Pushups Min 3: 10 Wall Balls (20/14) 3 OH HR Pushups and so forth with an added OH HR Pushups for each minute.
