Mobility: Hips/Shoulders/ Ankles In teams of two, complete the following for time: 800m Med Run (both partners run and exchange Med Ball as needed - must come in together) 100 Alternating Wall Balls (20/14) 200 Push Ups 300 DUs (900 Singles) 400m Med Ball Walking Lunges (only the partner with the ball may lunge the team forward - must come in together for time)
