Part A: 12 min. AMRAP 1 KB Russian Swing/KB Goblet Squat each 2 KB Russian Swing/KB Goblet Squat each 3 KB Russian Swing/KB Goblet Squat each 4 KB Russian Swing/KB Goblet Squat each 5 KB Russian Swing/KB Goblet Squat each (1.5/1)

Part B: 12 min. AMRAP 1 Burpee Box Jump each 2 Burpee Box Jump each 3 Burpee Box Jump each 4 Burpee Box Jump each 5 Burpee Box Jump each (24/20)

ONCE YOU BOTH HAVE COMPLETED THE 5 REPS, THAT IS ONE ROUND. Start round two by having both athletes completing 1 rep and continue again.
