Mobility: 3 Sets not for Time:30 sec HS Hold 15 DB Strict Press 20 Walking Lunge Steps

Parts A and B will happen simultaniously. Athlete can do either part first

Part A: 20 min. EMOM Odd: 10 Pistols (5 each) Even: 3-8 HSPU (pick a number that is challenging but that you can hit every time)

Part B: For Time:* 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 Row for Calories Burpees over the Erg *20 min. time cap
