In teams of two complete the following for time:
100 OH HR Pushups 100 KBS (2/1.5) 100 Box Jump Overs (24/20) Teammates may allocate reps however they’d like. The non-working partner must be in the holding position in order for the reps to count.
Holding positions: OH HR Pushups - Handstand Hold KBS - Elbow Plank Hold Box Jump Overs - Hanging from pullup bar
