Mobility: Hips/Shoulders/ Ankles "YOU GO I GO" In Teams of 2 Complete the following:

4 Rounds for Time: 6 Front Squats (135/95) 9 HSPU 12 Med Ball Box Step Overs (20/14 - 24/20) 15 T2B

Partner #1 must complete all reps of the exercise before switching. For example, #1 completes all 6 Front Squats, then #2 completes the 6 Front Squats and so on. Each partner must complete 4 rounds total.
