 Mobility: Hips/Shoulders


Partner WOD - In Teams of Two complete the following:
800m Wall Ball Run (20/14) may pass the ball back and forth to each other through the run
100 Wall Balls (20/14) must be passed from toss, not hand to hand
100 Wall Ball (20/14) Sit ups Over Box (24/20) ball must touch OH
100 Alt. Box Jumps (24/20) - must alternate

Flexibility: Hamstrings/Calves
