Part A: 20 mins to find 1RM Bench Press

Part B: 10 min. OMEM

1 Deadlift (115/75)
1 Hang Power Clean (115/75)
1 Power Clean (115/75)

1 Deadlift
1 Hang Power Clean
2 Power Clean

1 Deadlift
1 Hang Power Clean
3 Power Clean

and so on until you get to 10 Power Cleans.
If you cannot complete the number of Cleans for that minute, stay at that rep for the rest of the 10 mins.
