WOD - SATURDAY 11/7/15

Mobility: Shoulders/Lats/ Ant. Hips 

In teams of two complete the following:

100 DB Thrusters (45/25)
100 Box Jumps (24/20)
100 DB Walking Lunges (40/20)
100 DB 1 Arm Snatch (45/25)

Only one person can work at a time.  Must complete the work in order.
*Every time you switch partners or drop the DB's = 5 burpees by BOTH partners
