Mobility: Warm up Each Movement

One 200m Run
2 OHS (115/75)
3 Power Snatch (115/75)
4 Pullups
5 Burpees
6 Front Squats (115/75)
7 Power Cleans (115/75)
8 T2B
9 Air Squats
10 Lateral Bar Hop Overs
11 Deadlifts (115/75)
12 S2OH (115/75)

There are 12 total rounds with one new movement being added each round. One 200m Run then 2 OHS, one 200m Run then 3 Power Snatch, 2 OHS, one 200m run then 4 Pullups, 3 Power Snatch, 2 OHS, one 200m run.... and so on until you start with 12 S2OH and finish with the 200m Run.
