WOD - SATURDAY 10/3/15

Mobility: Hips/T-Spine

Part A: 10 - 8- 6 -8- 10
Back Squat
after warm up, start 10 reps 55-60% of 1RM

Part B: Partner WOD for time:

100 DB Box Step ups (45/25)
200 DB Burpees (45/25)
300 Butterfly Situps

Can break up the reps however you like but only one partner can work at a time. 
Must complete all of one movement before moving to the next. 

Flexibility: Foam Roller Lower Back/Glutes/ IT Bands
