Mobility: Warm up each movement

Teams of 2 for Time:
Each partner must complete:
1000m row and 50 Box Jumps (24/20)

800m run and 50 Wall Balls (20/14)

200m Walking Lunges and 50 Burpees

Your team can start at any coupling - each has to complete each task before switching places. Partner A will row 1000m then Partner B will row 1000m. Partner A will perform 50 Box Jumps then Partner B will perform 50 Box Jumps. Then they move to the next couplet.
