Mobility: Hips/Hamstrings

Partner WOD:
In Teams of 2 complete the following for time:

Three Rounds of:
40 Front Squats (95/65)
40 Butterfly Situps
40 Push Press (95/65)
40 Butterfly Situps
40 Thrusters
400m run

Can split reps anyway you like. Only one person works at a time. Must complete all 40 reps before moving to next exercise. Both partners must run 400m together.
